Added PFlow flag to METMaker in AT

Lewis Wilkins requested to merge lwilkins/athena:21.2-METMakerPFlow into 21.2

It was found that the flag to indicate PFlow jets are being used was not being propagated into METMaker in AT. This MR fixes this.
