Update JETM6 to include data17 and 18 HLT jet containers
I noticed that the small-R HLT jet container kept in JETM6 is that for data15+16 (subjesFS), and the primary for 17+18 (subjesISFS) is not retained. I don't know how important this is for this derivation - though if it's not important then subjesFS could be deleted to save space. This MR fixes that for small-R, but not for large-R (for which the trimmed container HLT_xAOD__JetContainer_a10ttclcwjesFS is perhaps also of interest)
