TRT Minor Fixes

Various corrections suggested by Götz Gaycken:

Made CondAlgs non-reentrant for now. More safe.

Removed unneccessary ServiceHandles to DetectorStore in TRT_CalDbTool and TRT_StrawStatusSummaryTool.

Changed a variable name from ..WriteKey to ..ReadKey, since it really is a ReadCondHandleKey.

Replaced the condition EvtMax==1 in InDetRecConditionsAccess.py by the condition that the OutputConditionsAlg be present in topsequence.
