There was a request from the 4tops team (tagging @sberlend) to be able to run the ECIDS tool in the nominal tree only, while keeping nominal_Loose for fakes. The loose electron WPs not satisfying the requirements for the ECIDS setup, the behaviour is changed to first check whether ApplyTightSFInLooseTree is required, and using the tight electron WPs instead if it is.
