Making sure that the CHSParticleFlowObjects container exists in JETM1 for Rho computation

An error was found in ART relating to this merge request !23270 (merged) when run on newer data that didn't already create the CHSParticleFlowObjects container in AODfix. Now it is explicitly checked that it is created.
