Update ART tests for AnalysisTop (ANALYSISTO-805)

This MR updates the ART tests for AnalysisTop, taking recent updates of validation-cuts.txt into account. Tests test_mc16atopq1* are replaced because they were using outdated derivations. The cut files were generated from validation-cuts.txt using a script which is included in this commit.

Closes ANALYSISTO-805 and (indirectly) ANALYSISTO-781.
