Update ITk Material Mapping workflow for release 21.9
This MR updates the material mapping job options in InDetSLHC_Example for use in release 21.9:
- Remove duplicate geantino simulation job options and provide one version updated to work in 21.9
- Remove duplicate material mapping job options and provide one version updated to work in 21.9
- Remove duplicate material validation job options and provide one version updated to work in 21.9
It also fixes a bug in the MaterialMapping algorithm.
In addition, the job options for running InDetPhysValMonitoring receive an update to be less picky with geometry tags, to make constant updates unnecessary.
The workflow was validated both locally and in large-scale production (10M geantinos) of a new set of 21.9 material maps, which are confirmed to have the expected effect on reconstruction.
