Syntax updates and tidying for DigitizationTests, OverlayTests and ISF_Validation ART jobs.

art compare checks are run in summary mode to prevent issues with large log file sizes killing the jobs.
Regression checks and secondary Athena jobs are only run if the initial Athena job succeeds.

NB This merge request only alters ART job scripts, so nothing in the CI will check the altered code.
