Correclty reporting "FID not in the catalog" when reading

Marcin Nowak requested to merge mnowak/athena:fix.apr.wrong.fid.message into master

Reading an object with its Ref was giving a confusing error message about unsupported storage technology, if the FID from the Ref could not be found in the catalog. Now the real cause if given.
