Removed duplicate SGInputLoader from the run standalone tau script

Removed an additional SGInputLoader definition in run_tau_standalone.py. Was causing an error when running the script, which is used as a unit test. Issue in JIRA: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-4967
