ZDC development branch to be merged into 21.2
- Updates to pulse fitting to improve performance for 2018 Pb+Pb
- ZDC messaging framework added to simplify use in standalone and athena environments. NB, logs still to go athena streams when building in athena environment
- Change to tolerances in 2018 fits
- Fixes to 2015 fit functions
- clean up "outside bound" issue, which was crashing in some environments
- Method to dump internal variables, for debugging purposes
