Added CaloCluster container in HLTEDMCreator.h

This is to add CaloClusterContainer to HLTEDMCreator.h to be able to store Calo clusters in electron and photon precision steps. Then we need to create empty container in events in which actual reco didn't run yet. As discussed in !23670 (merged)
