share test sequences between EventLoop and Athena
Since all relevant parts of the test files are meant to be the same in EventLoop and Athena, it seemed reasonable to put those parts into a shared file that is imported from both environments.
The organization of the files is probably not the ideal way of structuring this, but as a plus, it makes it reasonably easy to download and run those files locally. All you have to do is download two files instead of one.
