Development of HI jet derivations

  • adding new augmentation tool to add track multiplicity (needed for out-of-time pileup rejection) and FCal A/C Et sums with corresponding q vectors (ATLHI-264)
  • optimizing of the selection of HI jet collections based on running xAOD fix (HION5,7,8,9)
  • adding the possibility to run over XeXe data (ATLHI-269)
  • adding ForwardRegionProperties package to AthDerivation project as it is needed in HIP mode reconstruction
  • small fix in CMake list
  • the changes were tested on 2017 pp, 2015 Pb+Pb, 2018 Pb+Pb data, 2017 Xe+Xe data
