Use SlotSpecificObj in SCTRawDataProviderTool (ATLASRECTS-4970)

Update of SCTRawDataProviderTool

  • Use SlotSpecificObj instead of a custom made cache.
  • Use std::unordered_set instead of std::set.

RunTier0Tests.py was fine. RunTier0Tests.log
