Adding precision Calo for photons

Fernando Monticelli requested to merge fernando/athena:22_AddPhotonsPrecisionCalo into master

This MR is to add in full_menu test and also in ctest (so in PhotonsDef.py) the precision Calo hypo for photons that was missing earlier. This is for the ATR-18929 task and also discussed in ATR-18927

In this MR I also rename the electron and photon step names for something more meaning full than "step 1" and instead use precision/fast Calo/Reco/Hypo. I also add some debugging printing.
