First attempt at inserting jet chains in newJOtest

Teng Jian Khoo requested to merge khoo/athena:master-HLTJet-NewJO into master

Places ComponentAccumulator-based jet chains in LS2_v1_newJO menu.

Incidental fixes/changes:

  • Default empty SG contents list for peeking file content in RAW
  • Centrally set the LAr, Tile GeometryConfig to "RECO" a la AtlasGeoModel/SetupRecoGeometry. Probably should be checked by calo experts.
  • Added more options to CaloTopoClusterCfg to support HLT names.
  • Implements InEventReco
  • Catch exceptions checking unset properties in HLTCFDot when introducing offline alg sequences.
