BugFix: Update FixLinks to new syntax

!23848 (merged) changed the type of the FixLinks configurable from a flag to a list.

Two setters of this flag were missed, this bugfix MR updates them.

Fixes test_trigUpgr_decodeBS_build.sh and test_trigUpgr_egamma_cf_build.sh
