fix jet-bjet conflict; updated inDetSetup to change the name of the FTF track collection
- made b-jet using jet sequence in the new way
- changes in inDetSetup to change the name of the fast track collection based on the signatures
- removed dependency from old TUT.InDetSetup
- removed bjetMenuDefs.py
- added b-jet chains in full_menu_cf test and updated reference (https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-19587)
- fix full_menu_cf failures after migration (https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-19885)
