New format requested by SM Jet and Photon physics group. It is based on BPHY5 format, but it contains Upsilons, PFlow jets and some less relevant modifications. The main users will be the following analyses: B\pm fragmentation, Upsilon fragmentation, Photon + B\pm, J/psi + photon and Upsilon + photon.
