Fix JVT cuts in PFlow MET computation

Maximilian J Swiatlowski requested to merge mswiatlo_fixJVTPFlowMET into 21.2

This is a bug fix, were we update /all/ MET working points to use the right PFlow JVT cut. Previously only one working point had the right value.
