This is a follow-up of !23951 (merged) which breaks the HLT online framework by removing the BS converter for old EventInfo. This MR migrates the HLT online framework to use xAOD::EventInfo with the new BS converter introduced in !23951 (merged).

Tested with test_CalibPeb_build.sh, i.e. the following command:

athenaHLT.py -n 50 -f /cvmfs/atlas-nightlies.cern.ch/repo/data/data-art/TrigP1Test/data18_13TeV.00360026.physics_EnhancedBias.MissingTowers._lb0151._SFO-6._0001.1.pool.root TrigExPartialEB/MTCalibPeb.py
