Protect input arguments to asetup_wrapper from being overwritten.

The latest version of asetup redefines the variable cmd and sets it to emacs. The fix protects the inputs to the wrapper script in a partition setup and re- establishes them after asetup has run. This is necessary e.g. for ATR-19521.
