With this MR the HLT step is added to the RDOtoRDOTrigger.

As a side I have modified a bit diagnostics in the TrigCaloDataAccessSvc so it says where there error occurred. Tagging @damazio
The next step is to make sure that outputs are placed in the RDO & that they are readable.
