Ensure G4AtlasApps/jobOptions.G4Cosmic.py writes out some events

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FixATLASSIM-4185_21.3 into 21.3

Increase the number of events run by G4AtlasApps/jobOptions.G4Cosmic.py so we get some events hitting ATLAS. This should fix ATLASSIM-4185.
