Update of the ZReco high eta recommandations and isolation syst fixes
Hi,
this MR updates the calibration area to propagate the recent developments of the muon scale-factor to the collaboration. The update includes:

High-eta(
\eta> 2.5) reconstruction scale-factors for all years of data-taking. Thanks to @ikarkani, @desampso -
Systematic fix of the isolation scale-factors spotted by @gabarone, @sabidi. @schaffer et. al. and fixed by @sakatsuk and @weiy
