• Move tau mvaTES support triggers to MC ATR-19571
• In order to make space in L1Topo had to drop MT and MINDPHI (EM/AJ)-X0 algorithms that were not use
• In order to accomodate EM30VHI moved EM10VHI to EM10VH, no effect since isolation is kept in the L1Topo part (ATR-19302)
