Remove mu.withViews.py

The mu.withViews.py test was developed with the intent to be an intermediate step on the way to being able to run withing the menu framework. Since we now have muon triggers running within the menu framework, and also the full_menu_cf.py test outside of the framework, we will retire mu.withViews. The muon cf test has been moved to run from full_menu_cf.py instead (this has the bonus of being much more flexible than mu.withViews ever was).
