Removed the TAG transform from the TCT tests, removed the days=3 arguments

This MR removes the TAG transforms from the TCT tests. Additionally it removes the remaining art-diffs which were performed with the --days = 3 argument. I have performed a test running the q221_mp test to check that everything still works as expected.
