Updates to ComponentAccumulator configs for muon geometry.

This updates a bunch of configuration settings for the ComponentAccumulator config when running on data. The settings should now match what we have in the RecExCommon setups. Theses changes were originally in !23236 (diffs) but since I have other issues getting that MR working (not related to these changes), I thought better to get this merged separately.
