Add truth metadata to all STDM derivations, add PhotonsCPDetailedContent in STDM3

This modifies STDM2-STDM12 to include truth metadata information (e.g. for PMGTruthWeightTool, which is recommended to use in the physics analyses). Also it adds PhotonsCPDetailedContent to STDM3 derivation (request from analysis team).
