Add quark/gluon tagging variables to EXOT6

This modifies EXOT6 adding the quark/gluon tagging variables (both BDT-based and non-BDT-based) for AntiKt4EMTopoJets and AntiKt4EMPFlowJets. Tagging @Francesco Guescini as Exotics contact.
