Added e/gamma etcut chains matching primary thresholds

This is a follow up to fix for ATR-19848. Because of ATR-19962 that seems to affect asymmetric multi object triggers, adding 2g35_etcut_L1EM20VH instead of g35_etcut_g25_etcut_L12EM20VH so we can progress
