Adding primary vertex for b-jet and use featureString (ATR-19940) in AthenaMT

Description: Addition of the primary vertex algorithm in the b-jet trigger sequence (TrigT2HistoPrmVtx package), restructuring of hypo algorithms, and use of TrigCompositeUtils::featureString() in the hypo algorithms as suggested in ATR-19940.

The code changes have been tested running:

• test_trigUpgr_slice_bjet_build.sh
• test_trigUpgr_full_menu_cf_build
