Update LArPileUpTools properties checked in test_MC16a_Digi_tf_configuration unit test

!24580 (merged) altered the LArPileUpTool configurable properties. I missed updating test_MC16a_Digi_tf_configuration.py as part of that merge request. This merge request fixes the unit test errors reported in ATLASSIM-4224.
