[ATR-19253] Add functions to return the names of links attached to a TrigComposite searching by CLID

Exposes the list of names associated to ElementLinks inside a TrigComposite which map to an object of given CLID.

This will be used in the future to provide "nameless" access to "features" in the trigger decision tool.
