Fix ordering in RNN flip

Dan Guest requested to merge dguest/athena:reverse-rnn-sequence into 21.2

The flavor tagging RNN negative tag calibration seems to work better if we flip the order of the tracks. This introduces that flip, which was missing before.

This is part of ATLASRECTS-4864.
