DerivationFrameworkCalo: Fix CaloCellDFGetter (ATLASRECTS-5021)

It seems that in the current JO configuration system the same instance of CaloCellContainerFromClusterTool tool is configured in both CaloCellAODGetter and CaloCellDFGetter due to the same name of CaloCellContainerFromClusterTool tool.

To avoid clash with CaloCellAODGetter the name of CaloCellContainerFromClusterTool in CaloCellDFGetter has been uncommented.
