UFOs in derivations

This merge request is the first step in adding UFOs to a couple of derivations. Currently, it is only being done for JETM13 and JETM15, since these are relevant for the grooming scan effort. In addition to adding things to these derivations, I have also added a new tool for thinning the constituents of these jets. Since PFOs have two containers (charged and neutrals), it seemed easier to make a new tool than to edit the TCC thinning tool, which includes links to clusters.
