TrigTauMonitoring addition of R3 L1TAU chains

This commit concerns the addition of the trigger chains:

  • tau0_idperf_tracktwoMVA_L1eTAU12 and
  • tau0_idperf_tracktwoMVA_L1eTAU5

to the:

  • monitoring_tau
  • monitoring_tau_pp
  • monitoring_tau_validation monitoring lists.

The changes affect only the file:

  • Trigger/TrigMonitoring/TrigTauMonitoring/python/TrigTauMonitCategory.py
