Description: Renaming b-jet RoIBuilder (i.e. TrigRoIBuilder) to something that doesn't clash with the L1 version (i.e. TrigRoIFromJets). I've changed the name of the class itself in order to be consistent.

This has been tested with Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigUpgradeTest/test/test_trigUpgr_full_menu_mc_build.sh

Also, fixing TrigBjetHypo_TrigBjetHypoTool_ctest which is being reported in ATR-20048
