support AnaAlgorithm::fileExecute in Athena

Some people want to use it, so I added support for it now. It won't work with sub-file splitting in Athena, but as long as users are aware of this it won't cause an issue.

Hopefully this will work just fine, didn't actually try compiling or running it in Athena, given how small the change is…
