Some cleanup in TrigMuonHypoMT

Removing the unnecessary copying of RoIs in the hypo algs (and updating the sequence config to use the initial RoI instead).

Removing all instance of the HypoToolFromName functions from the hypo configuration, as we can use everywhere the HypoToolFromDict functions instead.
