Manual sweep 1408

This MR is to manually sweep changes introduced in: MR 1408, which should allow to process SuperCell calibration data, into master.

Changes are mostly in the classes used for calibration data processing, not used in standard reco. The only exception is LArByteStream, where converter for new data type was added.
