TrigEgammaMonitoring migration to athenaMT (step 2)

  • The main monitoring algorithm TrigEgammaMonitorAlgorithm is extended.
  • TrigEgammaNavAnalysisTool and TrigEgammaNavTPAnalysisTool (and its subtools) added to TrigEgammaMonitorAlgorithm configuration.
  • PublicTools converted to PrivateTools
  • CMakeLists.txt files optmized, unnecessary things removed
  • Created definitions of /Expert/Event histograms, probably later they should be assigned to some trigger-wide monitoring algorithm
  • Files that probably would not be used moved to special folder (notUsedRun3) (removed from compilation tree, but kept directly visible)
  • Added interface to lookup Monitoring groups by Analysis tools
  • TrigEgammaNavAnalysisTool and TrigEgammaNavTPAnalysisTool uses Monitoring groups lookup in some parts
