update SG-keys to use thread-safe LArXYZSym classes.

  • Adjust several clients of LAr electronic calibration to use th thread-safe LArXYZSym classes instead of the legacy LArXYZMC classes.
  • Schedule required CondAlgo in CaloBCIDAvgAlgDefault.

This is a subset of a bigger (more complicated) update. I leave the testing of this subset to the CI.
