Updates for monitoring of the MT triggers for LS_v1 menu (ATR-19999)

  • use TrigDefs::requireDecision for checking passed chains, to workaround a temporary issue
  • add the actual chain to monitor for LS_v1 menu and fix patterns for chain names
  • set empty container list to monitor if in MT mode for now (old containers are not available in MT)
