Fix CI failures due to unsupported/bugged b-tagging WPs in latest CDI

This fixes two issues due to which AnalysisTop CI jobs fail:

  1. Obsoleted b-tagging working points
  2. Bug in latest b-tagging CDI file which crashes when Continuous WP is used (temporary, to be reverted once a fixed CDI file is available).
