Remove mostly unused isTRT argument

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:remove_unused_isTRT_arg into master

For electron we do not use TRT-alone anymore (less than 4 silicon hit). Remove the mostly unused arguement in the relevant methods.
