Unified naming of HLT JSON files

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:unify-json-file-name-in-new-jo into master

The generate file with HLT menu had slightly different names in JewJO and all other tests based on rec-ex-jo &flags JO. Now the file name is: HLTconfig_release_menuname.json in each case. The menu name onboth of these tests is though different: LS2_v1 and Ls2_v1_newJO still.
